The Company:

A successful residential builder established for 15 years with a reputation for building quality homes, as well as medium density developments. Currently building around 250 homes per year, they have plenty of work in the pipeline for years to come. A family feel business with excellent staff tenure where you can expect to enjoy a relaxed work environment working as part of a tight knit team. 
  
With a great reputation in the market, they are receiving plenty of inbound enquiries from potential clients and are currently seeking an Internal Sales Consultant to covert these leads into sales.

The role would be based one day per week in a Display home and the other 4 days from Head Office or the Display suite (wherever you prefer to work from). It will also give you the freedom to work flexible hours that work around your lifestyle.
 
The Role:

Reporting to an experienced and approachable Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Dealing with all inbound enquiry and maximising these opportunities
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with developers and land agents to secure referral business 
  • Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
  • Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
About You:
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A strong background in sales (new home sales preferred) 
  • Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
  • Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and build trust 
  • A high level of drive and motivation to succeed
  • Great communication and organisational skills
