Design and Build have partnered with a tier 1 property business who are looking for a junior HSE advisor to join their dedicated safety team.

The builder is an Australian powerhouse in the residential property industry. If you're working within a safety role in the residential space and want to use your skills developing amazing communities for families across Victoria for a well known Tier 1 builder then there is no better opportunity.

Medium density residential sector - Role will be site based, firstly in Doncaster and progressing though to a new project in Donnybrook.

About the role

- 500 townhouse project, 200 townhouse project & 400 townhouse project
- Working all stakeholders of the projects, including subcontractors, site managers and site teams
- Working alongside a dedicated and experienced HSE manager to mentor and develop your skills
- Working with the Project Manager and Construction Manager on the project
- Audits, toolbox talks, site walks, reporting on OHS and mentoring and developing a safety first mentality on site

Experience/Skills required

- Diploma OHS (highly regarded)
- Cert IV OHS minimum
- 1-2 years within a construction based safety role
- Passion for HSEQ and desire to develop your career within safety
