Job Description

This company is well known in the Sydney building industry for over 10 years. 

They are looking for a Site Supervisor with Leading Hand or a year's Supervising experience on custom homes to join their team in a full-time and ongoing role. 

The role of Site Supervisor:
  • Up to 3  homes at a time - coordinating and supervising
  • Programming jobs, scheduling work and coordinating trades on site
  • Taking full responsibility for all site activities
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager and Director of the business
  • Dealing directly with clients, architects and engineers (client site meetings once a week)
  • Taking jobs from demolition & excavation to handover
  • Managing materials to and from site and problems on site
Your background requirements:
  • Custom homes experience - working from start to finish 
  • Flexibility to drive to sites that are in the eastern suburbs and across Sydney
  • Proven record in delivering projects in the Sydney area (ability to show work you've done in the past)
  • Experience supervising trades and running jobs from start to finish
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication skill
  • A full driving license
