Job Description

This position will suit a hands on, motivated Senior engineer from a structural / façade engineering background, with a keen interest to develop themselves into a Leader in the NSW Facades landscape.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a forward thinking company who provide themselves on developing innovative ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare fee proposals
  • Manage internal project budgets
  • Hire, mentor and develop junior staff
  • Client management and development
  • Performance specification
  • Façade remediation & replacement 
  • New build façade design
  • Shop drawing reviews
  • Building waterproofing
  • Peer review of sub-contractor designs
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills
  • Established experience working as a Facade Engineer in Australia
  • Structural Engineering background
  • Ability to autonomously work across own projects
  • Proven consulting track-record
  • Strong client management/stakeholder engagement skills
  • Have previously managed / enjoys managing and mentoring junior staff
  • Good understanding of risk and risk management
  • Driven to continually improve yourself and the business
  • Full Australian Working Rights
