Job Description

This position will suit a hands on, motivated Senior engineer from a structural / façade engineering background, with a keen interest to develop themselves into a Leader in the NSW Facades landscape.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a forward thinking company who provide themselves on developing innovative ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Prepare fee proposals
Manage internal project budgets
Hire, mentor and develop junior staff
Client management and development
Performance specification
Façade remediation & replacement
New build façade design
Shop drawing reviews
Building waterproofing
Peer review of sub-contractor designs

Requirements:

Strong technical skills
Established experience working as a Facade Engineer in Australia
Structural Engineering background
Ability to autonomously work across own projects
Proven consulting track-record
Strong client management/stakeholder engagement skills
Have previously managed / enjoys managing and mentoring junior staff
Good understanding of risk and risk management
Driven to continually improve yourself and the business
