About the company:
My client is looking for an Senior - Lead Interior Designer on a full time basis to work closely with clients, briefing, concept design and design work. They are a D&C firm who have been established for the past 40 years specialising in Workplace fit outs.

What you'll be doing:

Running projects from initial concept through to completion
Efficiently and consistently working under pressure & tight time-frames
Client meetings, taking briefs and concept design work
Client management and presentations
Workplace strategy

What you've got:

Minimum of 5 years experience
Degree qualified in Interior Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and or Revit is required
Workplace fit out experience is essential to be consider for this role
Workplace strategy experience is high regarded
Strong presentation skills with the ability to sell the projects to clients
Demonstrated understanding of the design, detailing & construction process
Knowledge of Building Code of Australia & other industry regulations
