Job Description
This building company does new homes, framing, cladding and fit outs for residential projects.
They have a great, small and established team who operate across North West Sydney with some projects in the Inner West and City.
You'd be working under a Director who truly values his team and wants to keep them on long term. He is very supportive and will help you grow and develop skills.

Your Responsibilities as a Leading Hand will include:
- Carpentry Hands-on duties
- Running Inductions and tool box talks
- Ensure works are completed on time, safely and to a quality standard
- Maintain a site diary
- Management of sub-contractors and trades
- Supervising carpenter and apprentice employees
- Daily reporting to the Director
- 5 years outside of your Carpentry Trade
- Preferably 8 years experience in home building
- Have clear written and verbal communication skills
- Have problem solving skills
- Have strong time management skills and be able to meet deadlines
- Be friendly and pro-active in your customer service approach
