We are working alongside a leading NSW home builder to source a office based Coordinator to work as a key part of the maintenance team.
Ideally you have worked for a project home builder and will have experience managing warranty and trades teams and coordinating jobs for clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Coordinator include
Coordinate trades to carry out maintenance and follow up on their work
Coordinate trades people to complete all required works on time and to a set level of quality
Maintain and stick to set standard and codes and to be familiar with the BCA and these relevant standards
Organize and plan all maintenance work and follow up accordingly
Allocate resources to ensure that all maintenance work is completed on time
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Coordinator you will possess
A solid customer care background
Time spent with a residential builder
Good administration abilities
Positive can do attitude
Excellent communication skills and general admin skills
Excellent knowledge of the NSW construction market
