Job Description

We are working alongside a leading VIC home builder seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work as a key part of the maintenance team coordinating and scheduling works on new builds during the warranty period across the western suburbs.

Ideally you will be trade qualified OR be recently qualified your Diploma of Building & Construction with a solid understanding of Australian regulations and building standards.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

Assessing incoming jobs through the portal and on site
Coordinating trades people to complete all required works on time and to a set level of quality
Maintaining set standard and codes and to be familiar with the BCA and these relevant standards
Scheduling all maintenance work and follow up accordingly
Allocate resources to ensure that all maintenance work is completed on time

To be successful in the role you will have:

A solid trade background or relevant qualification
Residential housing experience (highly regarded)
A solid understanding of Australian regulations and building standards
Excellent communication skills and general admin skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to schedule works
