A global Building Services Engineering consultancy are looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join the team on a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity to gain some experience with a top industry leader!
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications you will be working as part of the global marketing team. You will be welcomed by a group of tightknit like-minded individuals and a hands-on leader who supports her team and promotes and inclusive culture.
In this role you will be working closely with senior stakeholders, building strong networks and relationships across all levels of the business, and will be able to really put your stamp on this great business.
Responsibilities will include;
- Supporting the Bids team as required (putting together resumes and writing up experience)
- Writing and editing project reviews / case studies
- Proactively participating in the brainstorming of ideas
- Coordination of content for social media
- Implementation of internal communication plans
- Multimedia; photography shoots and generation of new video content ideas
- At least two years experience working in a Building Services Consultancy
- Marketing experience ideal but could also suit someone who's been in a PA/EA or Office Support role in the industry and has held similar job responsibilities
- Fantastic writing skills and creative ability
- Experience in submissions and the Bids process
- Great attentention to detail
- Fantastic relationship building ability and communication skills
