Job Description

Our client is a mid tier, family operated builder who operate across a number of sectors including commercial, residential, health and sport and leisure. With a proud history of delivering superior results, this multi-award winning company are renowned for their integrity and commitment and as a result they have had the opportunity to work on landmark projects across NSW.
  
A newly created role exists for an experienced Marketing and Submissions Coordinator to join their well established team where you will report into the Commercial Manager and work closely with the Marketing and Assistant Business Development Manager.
  
Responsibilities will include;
  • Coordination, preparation, formatting, collation and assembly of EOI's and Tender Submissions.
  • The production of marketing material for internal and external purposes.
  • Collation and preparation of submissions including creating project and professional profiles
  • Formatting and finalisation of documentation
  • Updating the company website
  • Organisation of marketing and corporate functions and events.
The successful candidate must demonstrate;
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction sector
  • A background in Graphic Design is highly desirable
  • A sound working knowledge of In-Design and MS Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across the business with ease
  • The ability to manage your own workload while working in a team environment
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work in a results based environment
