Our client is a prestigious, multi award winning agency based in the heart of the Inner West. They have a great team culture and take part in regular network events within their highly regarded franchise group. Boasting high levels of staff retention and the latest of technologies within real estate this is an office you will be proud to work with.

As a result of continued growth they are seeking an outstanding Sales and Marketing Manager to join their well established team. 

This is not your typical marketing role within a residential agency, we are looking for somebody who has a passion for social media and a creative flair for interesting and 'outside the square' content. Your key objectives will be to grow the agencies digital presence across all platforms, increasing engagement and driving traffic to their websites as well as engaging the local community, ensuring that their name is recognised as being the leaders in the marketplace that they are as well as streamlining processes and operations within this business unit.

In addition to the agency's social media campaigns you will be working alongside the highly successful director of this business and be responsible for preparing proposals, agency agreements, marketing reports and sales advice's along with liaising with with purchasers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, photographers and floor planners to make sure that their campaigns run efficiently and that all deadlines are met. 

As the Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing & implementing promotional, marketing, PR, and sales programs, including flyers, signage, referral programs, advertising, events, etc.
  • Managing facebook, Instagram, website and all other social media accounts
  • Increasing traffic to websites by implementing and managing regular posts and creating content
  • Increasing community engagement through implementation of creative campaigns
  • Attend weekly sales meeting with sales team to report on plans and results
  • Manage the integrity of the Corporate Brand by adhering to all graphic standards and enforcing these standards 
  • Producing pre-lising kits and listing pesentations

To be considered for the role of Marketing Manager you will require:
  • Excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Experience in online marketing including SEO, analytics and social media
  • Creative, enthusiastic with premium service mentality
  • Excellent written and administrative skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A high level of motivation and initiative
  • Demonstrated creative abilities
  • Prior experience within a residential agency
