Job Description

Our client, a Tier 1 Engineering consultancy who are renowned internationally for their design excellence across their diverse range of large scale projects from retail & hospitality through to high rise residential projects. Due to recent project wins and the increase in their Modeling team, an opportunity is available for an experienced BIM Manager to join their passionate and building services discipline.

Working on major health, commercial and residential projects, your responsibilities will include;

Further enhancements of BIM workflow standards and best practices
Providing support and training to internal staff
Establishing BIM protocols with consultants, builders and relevant stakeholders
Troubleshooting issues and technical support to staff

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following;

Previous experience in a BIM/Model Manager position within an engineering consultancy.
Advanced Revit proficiency.
A hands on approach with the ability to lead and mentor a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an adaptable approach to training individuals
Large scale project experience with ideally with exposure to health and commercial projects
