Our client is a leading NSW-based residential builder who have been established in the local market for over 25 years. As a result of expanding operations they are now looking to hire a sales consultant for their Hunter Valley display home.
The successful applicant will be based on a large sales estate.
Duties of the role include
• Maintaining the display home
• Meet and greet potential customers and make introductions
• Record and document client information and personal records
• Database management
• Weekend work required and two days off during the week
• 2 years working experience within the project home or off-the-plan sales industry
• Knowledge of residential homes construction
• Excellent communication skills and presentation
• Good administration skills and solid IT competency
• A friendly and professional nature in a customer focused role
