Job Description

Work between a couple display villages in Southwest Sydney, selling a variety of properties for new home buyers in the Sydney market.

This company is an established and growing business who have been building turn key houses on a block of land usually. They are now getting into project home sales, building 40-80 homes a year.

They're looking at expanding their team due to an increase in the volume of work. They have a friendly and laid back work culture.

The role:

Working out of the display homes in Southwest Sydney
Weekends required with two days off during the week
Creating lead lists and chasing all leads
Excellent product knowledge required
Ability to understand housing plans and make changes based on customer requirements
You will be working with a supportive administration and marketing team who will provide you with all the tools necessary to enable you to succeed in this demanding yet highly rewarding position.
Sales Consultants MUST possess excellent presentation/communication skills along with extensive experience in new home sales from within the volume build market.
A solid understanding of Housing Industry Regulations is also preferred.
