Job Description

My client, a leading engineering design firm specialising in building services. With over 150 members of staff, and 5 offices nationally. Require an experienced Administrator to join their collaborative team. 

Reporting into the Office Manager, and supporting the Directors daily. Your responsibilities include, but are no limited to:
  • Personal assistant to the Directors including diary management. 
  • General administration - supporting engineers and office manager.
  • Accounts receivable / payable, and debt collecting. 
  • Staff on-boarding / setting up work stations at IT.
  • Manage social media.
  • Event Management.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholder.
  • Assist with reporting and tender documentation.
  • Assistant with job set up on the CRM.
To be considered, you must have: 
  • 3-5 years experience in a Administration role - preferably within an engineering firm or design consultancy. 
  • Proficient in Deltek PIM and/or Union Square
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. 
  • Social, energetic personality.
  • Australian Citizen.
