Job Description
Our client is an established civil construction company who are seeking an experience Office Manager / EA to join their team. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Western Sydney offering up to $85,000 + super and onsite parking.
THE ROLE
As an Office Manager/ EA you will manage the day-to-day running of the Sydney office and support the Managing Director.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Provide EA support to the Managing Director. This will include administrative related tasks, including travel and diary management
- Report preparation for Senior Management
- Manage office suppliers, service providers, office facilities etc
- Liaise with client, business partner and key stakeholders
- Fill in reception as and when needed
- Preparation of company events and staff training
- Manage a small team of administration staff.
YOU
To be considered for the position of Office Manager you will have:
- Substantial experience as a Office Manager / EA
- Must have people management experience
- Ideally you will have related industry experience: Construction, engineering etc
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- You must be agile and able to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
