Job Description

Our client is a national construction company based in Sydney CBD. They are seeking an Office Manager for an immediate start.
As an Office Manager you will manage national HR coordination and the general management of the Sydney office. This role will report directly into the Managing Director and work closely with Directors and line managers.
Your responsibilities as an Office Manager will include but not be limited to:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment
  • Manage onboarding or off boarding activities
  • Manage, develop and monitor the performance review process
  • Coordinating mandatory pre employment checks
  • Project administration support
  • Manage office operations and procedures and support the Executive team with all administrative related tasks
To be considered for the position of HR / Office Manager you will have:
  • Substantial  HR Coordinator AND/OR Office Management experience
  • Related industry experience - Construction, design, civil
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong systems skills - Microsoft Package
  • High attention to detail
