Job Description

Our client is a global architecture firm who are known for their award-winning designs and projects. They are seeking an experience Office Manager to join their team. This is a full time maternity leave contract, based in Sydney and paying up to $95,000 + super
As an Office Manager you will report directly into the HR Manager, and supervise a small administration team.
Your responsibilities as an Office Manager will include but not be limited to:
  • Manage office operations and procedures
  • General management of office
  • Provide EA support to the Executive team this will include administrative related tasks, including travel and diary management
  • Report preparation for Senior Management
  • Review and approve supplier requests
  • Liaise with client, business partner and key stakeholders
  • Supervise reception
  • Support human resource activities
To be considered for the position of Office Manager you will have:
  • Substantial experience as an Office Manager
  • Related industry experience: Architecture, creative or professional services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • You must be agile and able to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
