Job Description
Our client is an established construction company who are seeking an experience Office Manager / EA to join their team. This is a fulltime permanent position based in the Hills District, offering a flexible salary.
THE ROLE
As an Office Manager/ EA you will manage the Sydney office and support the General Manager
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Provide EA support to the General Manager. This will include administrative related tasks, including travel and diary management
- Report preparation for Senior Management
- Review and approve supplier requests
- Liaise with client, business partner and key stakeholders
- Support human resource activities
- Event preparation and management
YOU
To be considered for the position of Office Manager you will have:
- Substantial experience as an Office Manager / EA
- Must have related industry experience: Construction or design/architecture
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- You must be agile and able to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
