Job Description

Our client is an established construction company who are seeking an experience Office Manager / EA to join their team. This is a fulltime permanent position based in the Hills District, offering a flexible salary.
As an Office Manager/ EA you will manage the Sydney office and support the General Manager
Your responsibilities  will include but not be limited to:
  • Manage office operations and procedures
  • Provide EA support to the General Manager. This will include administrative related tasks, including travel and diary management
  • Report preparation for Senior Management
  • Review and approve supplier requests
  • Liaise with client, business partner and key stakeholders
  • Support human resource activities
  • Event preparation and management
To be considered for the position of Office Manager you will have:
  • Substantial experience as an Office Manager / EA
  • Must have related industry experience: Construction or design/architecture
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • You must be agile and able to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
