Job Description

National Tier 2 construction company who deliver projects across all sectors are looking for a experienced Office Manager to join their Sydney CBD office. You will look after the smooth running of the office as well as providing operational support to projects and also support with HR tasks. 

You will be experienced ideally within construction or the wider built environment. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sydney operation with day to day running of the office 
  • Planning team social events and networking events
  • Acting as the first point of call for all inquiries
  • Hr Admin including, arranging inductions, organisation training, maintaining  employee records
  • Drafting employment contracts and undertaking pre employment checks 
  • Provide support to Sydney Director and other Directors/Principals as required
  • Act as adviser and support for the wider team
  • Point of contact for tenancy / building management issues/repairs
