Job Description

Our client is a highly respected and well known construction firm who provide design and construction services across the industrial, retail and commercial sectors. With over 40 years experience this business has the expertise to provide a specialist service as a result they are winning a number of key projects across NSW.
In this varied role responsibilities will include;
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Diary and email management
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Finance administration including expenses and time-sheets
  • Preparation of submissions and tenders
  • Document preparation
  • Ad-hoc administration as required
  • In-design EXPERIENCE 
In this crucial support role, your success will be determined by your ability to work intuitively and your solutions focused approach. You will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring you build strong working relationships across the business.

With your well developed time management and organisational skills you will excel working under pressure in a deadline driven environment. Solid IT skills with intermediate to advanced MS Office suite are required as is experience in a similar role within Commercial Construction.
