About the Role
This prominent Industrial Builder with a portfolio of well-known projects across some of the Southern Hemispheres largest structures are looking to expand their NSW team. With offices in NSW & VIC and a healthy pipeline of upcoming works, they look onl to bring high-quality candidates to the team that show loyalty and contribute culturally to their tight-knit, family feel team.

Running the NSW office & supporting the NSW State Manager in a PA capacity, this role has a hybrid, multi-faceted scope that will see you working across;
  • Office Management (70%);
    • General office upkeep and organisation
    • HR inductions & processes (face of HR for NSW as HR department is in VIC)
    • IT solutions
    • General processes & procedures
    • Event management
  • Personal Assistant to NSW State Manager (20%);
    • Inbox management
    • Diary Management
    • Personal support
    • Events coordination
    • Travel organisation
  • Business Development / Bids (10%)
    • Developing proposals & templates
    • Designing marketing collateral
    • Researching and identifying business opportunities through Government & Commercial websites
About You
You will be an independent self-starter who is driven by the ability to grow a new business through the designing of processes & procedures. You will also possess;
  • Tertiary qualifications in administration, marketing, communications or relative
  • 3 years experience within a similar role within the Construction industry is essential
  • Proficient using MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign
  • Skilled with picking up new systems with ease
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Highly motivated, a self starter who can work independently
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of upwards of $80k+superannuation, negotiable for the right candidate.
