Job Description

Reputable and well known building company based in Northwest Sydney is looking for an Administrator to support their operations and land development team.

This role would suit someone who has some Admin experience in a Builder or real estate agency.

This role is also suitable for someone who has some experience as a Receptionist from one of these types of companies and who wants to step into a different role.

The Role 
  • Assistant to the senior management team
  • Diary management and meeting schedules.
  • Meeting attendance and minutes
  • Travel arrangements
  • Document collation and report formulation
  • Expense reimbursements
  • General Letters and reports.
  • General phone duties
  • Spreadsheet work
  • Process charting. 
Your Requirements:
  • Experience within a building company
  • Experience in an Admin role
  • Excellent communication on the phone and in person
