Job Description

My client is looking for a passionate People & Culture Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to work closely with the Head of People and Culture to execute new and exciting HR programs and initiatives across the diverse group of companies.

In this position you will implement talent and acquisition strategies to attract and retain talent and partner with the various departments to provide a strong HR business partnership across the companies and at all levels. 
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Manage the end-to-end internal recruitment process that includes liaising with hiring managers to assess current and future talent needs, and sourcing accordingly;
  • Develop recruitment strategies in line with the business plans and project delivery requirements;
  • Manage the recruitment process for a variety of roles at one time;
  • Drive efficiencies across the talent acquisition function;
  • Manage relationships with industry associations, universities, agencies, advertising providers;
  • Manage the social media recruitment platforms, including company career website, LinkedIn, Facebook etc;
  • Sourcing candidates through various talent attraction channels;
  • Engage and communicate with candidates throughout the process, making sure candidate care is of the highest quality;
  • Prepare job advertisements, shortlist, schedule and attend interviews;
  • Implement and introduce a Talent pipeline strategy and system;
  • Support all People & Culture initiatives with the wider team; including annual remuneration review, talent & succession planning, employee engagement;
  • On-boarding and exit activities including employee security checks, compliance and induction training and coordinating the on-boarding schedules;
  • Updating and maintaining all HR paperwork and records;
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of People & Culture;
  • Assisting with investigations and performance management processes;
  • Guide, coach and support managers in relation to the consistent application of HR policies, procedures and tools.
  
Skills and experience
  • Human Resources or Business degree;
  • 2-3 years experience in a HR generalist role;
  • Have 2-3 years minimum experience as a recruitment consultant or internal recruiter;
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation;
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition platforms including LinkedIn recruiter, talent attraction tools and social media writing;
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
  • You will have a flexible, warm, proactive and adaptable personality;
  • HR Business Partnership experience;
  • Experience working with a diverse group of companies and departments;
  • Have a true passion for recruitment and People & Culture and sourcing the right people for the right career.
