Job Description

Our client is a leading Design & Civil Construction business based South of Sydney. They are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join their team
This role reports directly into the directors and is a stand-alone People & Culture Manager role with the potential of building a team around you.
You will be responsible for all things HR with a specific focus on People & Culture. You duties will include:
  • Manage the End-to-end recruitment process
  • Inducting and onboarding of new employees
  • Analysis: providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
  • Review and improve current HR policies and procedure
  • Coach and assist managers with performance management processes including development/improvement plans
  • Coordinating performance management discussions and performance improvement plans
  • General administration and office related responsibilities as required
To be considered for the position of People & Culture Manager you will have:
  • Qualification in Human Resources
  • Substantial experience in a similar role within a mid to large
  • Must have experience within the built environment OR professional services
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
