The Company:

One of Victoria's leading volume home builders are seeking a motivated Permits Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract basis. If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a leading residential builder, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! 

The Job
Reporting to a supportive Drafting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring projects comply with planning schemes and building regulations
  • Applying for permits and coordinate the approvals process
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and file management
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders both internal and external
  • Ensuring efficient workflow and that timelines are met
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 2+ years’ experience with a residential builder in either a pre-site administrator or permits coordinator role 
  • A qualification relevant to the construction industry
  • Great organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage your own workflow
  • Strong knowledge of permits and local regulations
