The Company
Our client is a national engineering business who are currently experiencing a huge amount of growth across their business. As a result of this growth and pipeline of ongoing projects they have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant / HR  to join their dynamic, friendly office in Sydney!  
The Role
As a Personal Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Support to 4 directors and Operations Manager
  • Diary and email management
  • Travel bookings
  • Coordinate supplier accounts
  • Lease and premises coordination
  • On boarding and induction of new staff
  • HR correspondence
  • Word processing support
  • Managing recruitment relationships
  • Leave and timesheet management
The Candidate
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Must have 4-5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Experience within the civil engineering or construction industry
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
