About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager within this custom, residential homes builder, you will bring your experience in Pre-Construction Administration to oversee and coordinate the entire process prior to construction commencement through the below;
  • Client engagement and problem-solving
  • Set up and maintain project files from pre-site to settlement
  • Contract variations
  • Liaise with estimating and drafting teams
  • Obtain permit applications and developer approvals
  • Provide Administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
  • Prepare and make sure contracts are approved prior to signing
  • Attend weekly meetings to ensure workflow are being adhered to
  • Prepare site files complete with all current project documentation
  • Prepare handover packs
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times while maintaining a 'sense of urgency'
  • Adhoc Administration duties
About You
  • Experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease
  • Strong English skills both written & verbal
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package upwards of $75k+superannuation.
