Job Description
The Company:
Experienced Production Estimator immediately required to work for a well known builder in Norwest. The company is very established and has very high staff retention. They are looking for a permanent Estimator to join their team due to an influx of work.
Responsibilities
- Job takeoffs
- Creating BOQ's
- Variations
- Issuing supplier orders
- Liaising with construction supervisors and managers.
Experience Required:
- At least 3+ years in a similar role
- Ideally have worked for a residential home builder
- Hold a relevant building tertiary / trade qualification
- Have strong software skills - ideally Timberline or similar
