Production Estimator - Northwest

The Company: 

Production Estimator immediately required to work for a well known builder in Northwest Sydney. The company is very established and has very high staff retention. They are looking for a permanent Estimator to join their team due to an influx of work. 
This company is known for their great training and stability. They have a long history of providing quality homes across Sydney. 

Responsibilities 
  • Job takeoffs
  • Creating BOQ's 
  • Variations
  • Issuing supplier orders 
  • Liaising with construction supervisors and managers. 

Experience Required:
  • At least 3+ years in a similar role or in resi housing construction 
  • Hold a relevant building tertiary / trade qualification
  • Have strong computer skills
