Production Estimator - project and custom homes

Experienced and enthusiastic Production Estimator immediately required to work for a well known residential builder in Western Sydney.

Located in Western Sydney, this reputable builder produces some of the region's most stylish homes.

As a Production Estimator your main responsibilities will include all production estimating duties including job takeoffs, creating BOQ's, variations, issuing supplier orders and liaising with construction supervisors and managers.

To be considered for the estimator position you will meet the following criteria:

At least 3 years of local experience
Ideally have worked for a project home builder / residential builder
Hold a relevant building tertiary qualification or trade
Have strong estimating software skills
