Production Estimator - Spec Homes

Experienced Production Estimator immediately required to work for a well known residential builder in North Sydney. The role does require someone who is passionate about estimating for residential companies as this will be a permanent, long-term role.

Located in North Sydney, this reputable builder produces some of the region's most stylish homes and developments.

As a Production Estimator your main responsibilities will include all production estimating duties including job takeoffs, creating BOQ's, issuing supplier orders and liaising with construction supervisors and managers.

To be considered for the estimator position you will meet the following criteria:

At least 2 years of local experience from within another home building company
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hold a relevant building tertiary qualification or trade
Have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
