Job Description
- Organisation re-design at C-Suite level
- Safety transformation program
- Develop P3O framework
- Financial budget improvement program
- Fleet management transformation
The role requires strong leadership and management skills. You will need to develop and maintain robust relationships with all parts and levels of the organisation. You will need to understand the wider objectives of the program, have credibility within the organisation and be able to influence others.
The role will provide challenge to ensure the program remains aligned to strategic objectives.
About you
- 10+ years in program management or similar senior management roles
- Ability to work constructively with all levels in the organisation
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Senior level presence in order to have and maintain credibility with executives and similar stakeholders
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies such as Managing Successful Programs and P30 framework
- Ability to find innovative ways of solving or preempting problems
