Job Description

Experienced Project Coordinator needed to join this established Builder to assist a wider team in the delivery of projects.

This company is an established and reputable Builder who have been around for 30+ years, delivering projects across the High-end Residential, Multi-Residential, and Government & Social housing space throughout Melbourne.

Due to substantial growth within the business, they're now looking to bring on an experienced Project coordinator / Administrator to provide administrative support, Tender support, Estimating support, Support sales strategies, and more.

What you'll need to succeed within this role -

Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritise deliverables
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Significant stakeholder management experience
Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve required outcomes
Strong attention to detail
Insurance experience highly regarded
Estimating experience highly regarded

As a Project coordinator you'll be responsible for the below, but not limited to -

Capability Statements / Proposals
Tender Preparation & submission
Quote Request
Scope of Works
Claim management and variations
Contract and workflow management
