Job Description

My client is a fit-out contractor with a strong track record in the high end hospitality sector. They also undertake other retail fit-out projects. They are a versatile business who will undertake structural works for clients where required - this often will mean they may undertake a refurbishment project which may include the construction of an extension. They require a Project Administrator to join their team near Croydon. 

The responsibilities of the Project Administrator will include:

- Document control of projects from receipt of plans to completion
- Audit, pricing, planning, organisation and construction of small projects in accordance with the scope of works
- Ensuring quality and OH&S standards are met on site
- Provide progress reports on all projects at weekly meetings
- issue progress reports to key clients

to be considered for the role of Project Administrator you must:

- Have at least three years construction experience
- Have a basic understanding of Project Management
- Have knowledge of estimating, budgeting and scheduling practices
- Be skilled at reading plans and specifications
- Have good IT skills

The successful candidate will join a small team with a strong track record, where you will have the opportunity to progress to Project Management.
