Job Description

Design and Build are working with a Leading Global company who specialize in large scale pipeline infrastructure. They are looking for number of experienced Site Engineers in Melbourne to join their growing team.  They have an impressive pipeline of projects on the cards.

>A chance to work on large scale pipeline infrastructure and drilling projects

About the role

> You will be part of a high preforming team and be reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. 
> Liaising with the Project team working towards the delivery of the pipeline projects in Oil, Gas and Energy space. 
> You will be on site and office based with flexible rosters

Your duties are as follows but not limited to

> Read drawings, specifications and other relevant documents to plan works
> Organize, plan and facilitate on site works while liaising with the Construction Manger and other stakeholders
> Maintain, inspect and test the quality of works onsite and keep record
> Complete materiel Take Offs
> Daily reporting 
> Manage sub contractors


About you

> 2 - 5 years experience in a similar role (energy or civil infrastructure)
> Site experience advantageous
> Understanding of Mechanical Engineering standard, Industry codes and Australian standards
Local experience desired
> Be willing to travel 
> Attention to detail
>Excellent problem solving skills
>Vaccinated against COVID
