Job Description

Design & Builds client is a well respected and specialist civil engineering and infrastructure contractor. Headquartered in Sydney.

They are current in a period of expansion owing to a number of new project wins. At present they require a Project Engineer to join the team.
 
As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for:
  • Manage project activities and work scope
  • Lead the project team with technical advice on contractual matters
  • Drive the project so that is delivered in scope of contractual constraints – Budget, Time, Environmental, quality and safety
  • Supervise site Engineers and workforce
The requirement for the Project Engineer are:
  • Degree qualified as a Civil Engineer, Construction Management, or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years experience in civil infrastructure construction working as a Project Engineer
  • Experience working within civil, road and infrastructure construction projects is highly desired
  • Effective communications skills and sub-contractor management
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
