Job Description

T3 construction company has been operating within the Commercial, Education and Government markets. 

With recent project wins for 2021 and beyond, they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team working on a government project.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Hands-on project management delivery of work 
  • Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
  • High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
  • PM with substantial experience (3-5 years)
  • Experience with Head Contractor essential
  • Proficient and adaptable with various software
  • Project Management or Civil Engineering degree desirable 
  • Previously worked on Commercial or Government projects in VIC
