Job Description

Work with a landscape developer specialising in Design and Construction, Major and Minor Renovations, Project Management and Facilities Maintenance Services across the Retail and Childcare sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the project management of landscape construction and playscapes/playgrounds with projects in NSW & VIC with a potential for QLD

- Planning and preparing pre-commencement and detailed project plans prior to site establishment
- Manage job programming and resourcing in conjunction with senior management and the site Foreperson
- Identify opportunities and risks before commencement on each site and ensure employees are aware of HSEQ requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Prepare and present financial, program and WHS reports
- Complete monthly progress claims 

The Ideal Candidate

- Tertiary education or landscape trade
- 5+ Years' PM experience in civil/landscape construction
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
- Positive can do attitude
- Excellent communication, client management and negotiation skills
- Excellent cost control and reporting skills
