Job Description

This successful and established organisation are considered a leader within their field and due to a solid portfolio of work and continuing growth they are looking to appoint a Project Manager.

A prominent part of this role will be successfully managing various council road upgrade projects located from Penrith right up to the Northern Beaches. 

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Hands on project management of roads, infrastructure, pavement and drainage delivery of work 
  • Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
  • High level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in civil construction 
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering projects in NSW
  • Degree qualification in Engineering 
  • Ability to lead up to 40 direct reports and a plethora of indirect reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills 
  • Degree qualification in relevant field
  • At least 2 years experience in a Project Management position
