Job Description

This award-winning construction company has been operating for over 30 years within the NSW Construction market.

They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and work on industrial projects valued up to $60M. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Industrial projects.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work 
  • Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
  • High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects as a principal contractor
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
  • Previously worked on Industrial (warehouse) or multi-storey commercial projects
  • Travel across NSW and when necessary interstate travel
