The responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
- Control of projects through estimation process to completion
- Responsibility for ensuring site teams meet deadlines and OH&S and quality standards
- Client liaison
- Management of the construction team
to be considered for the role of Project Manager you must:
- Have at least five years construction experience
- Have at least three years Project Management experience
- Be competent managing estimating, budgeting and scheduling functions
- Be skilled at reading plans and specifications, producing a scope of works and construction programs
- Have good IT skills
The successful candidate will join a small team with a strong track record, where you will have the opportunity to progress to Project Management.
