Job Description

With more than 30 years of experience, Full Tilt Constructions is a leader in building Industrial and Commercial developments from concept through to completion. Full Tilt Constructions is established in South Windsor and delivers projects across Sydney valued up to $50M. 
  
Due to organic growth and their continued success, Full Tilt has an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team and drive project outcomes on upcoming projects. There will be on-the-job training and development provided both on-site and in the office.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Overall management and delivery of Industrial Construction projects from concept through to completion.
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting.
  • The production of the construction program.
  • Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors.
  • Management of the design process for a D&C project.
  • Oversight of Contracts Administration duties such as vetting trades and subcontractors, letting of trade and subcontractor packages and management/tracking of project expenditure and subcontractor progress claims.
  • Management of the Project Team including a Contracts Administrator. and Site Manager.
  • Clear and regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Leading project-specific meetings with clients and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements.
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management is highly regarded.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager for a Principal Contractor in Australia.
  • Industrial experience highly regarded.
  • Ability to read and comprehend site drawings.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards and terminology.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial projects across NSW.
  • Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
  • Aspirations to become a Project Manager.
