Job Description

Project Manager required to manage major health, government and education (primary, secondary and tertiary schools) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management & Stakeholder Management - Chair meetings, define scope, developing business cases
  • Tendering - Tender review and analysis including answering RFI's
  • Design - Coordination of Consultants, Liaising with Architects, Reviewing design changes
  • Cost Management - Budgets, Cost Plans, Contract Administration
  • Construction Management - Overseeing Head Contractor, Site Inspections
  • Reporting - Written and Verbal Progress Reports - Monthly & Weekly
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will be expected to have:
  • Minimum 4 years experience working as a Junior, Assistant or Project Manager
  • Experience working on education, health or government projects advantageous
