They are a family owned Australian builder with offices in Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne where they have been servicing a range of clients within commercial refurbishment and fit out projects for over twenty years. Providing Design & Construct or head contractor services they have built a strong reputation for a high quality of work.
Due to continued growth and a full pipeline of work, there is an opportunity for a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator who has experience working within commercial fit out and refurbishment projects to join their Sydney team.
To be consider for this role, you will have to demonstrate the following:
- A minimum 3-4 years experience in a Contract Administration or Project Coordination
- Experience working on Commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
- Letting contracts
- Programming and forecasting
- Subcontractor management
- Variations and progress claims
