Job Description

This award-winning construction company has been operating for over 50 years across Commercial and Civil projects. They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team working on train station upgrades in Sydney.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
  • Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work 
  • Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
  • High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
  • Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
  • Minimum 4 years' local experience as a Project Manager
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction, Project Management or Engineering
  • Experience delivering TfNSW projects essential
  • Tier 2 or Tier 3 contractor experience ideal
  • Strong contracts experience (including systems such as CHEOPS or Jobpac)
  • Experience running projects up to $15M in value
