Job Description

This award winning construction company has been operating for over 30 years within the Commercial, Education and Government markets.

They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team working on a government project.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
Hands-on project management delivery of work
Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:

PM with substantial experience (3-5 years)
Experience with Head Contractor essential
Proficient and adaptable with various software
Project Management or Civil Engineering degree desirable
Previously worked on Commercial or Government projects in NSW
Experience working with GC21 contracts is preferable
