Job Description

Design and Build are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a family-owned, Australian civil contractor on a permanent basis.

Due to rapid growth, we're looking for someone with exposure to earthworks and utilities packages who can successfully manage projects in the North & Western suburbs up-to $10m in value.

The Role

- Oversee and manage projects from start to finish
- Manage multiple projects
- Ensure projects are ran to a strict timescale and within budget
- Ensure HSE standards and regulations are strongly adhered to
- Supervisor and manage staff and contractors
- Management of labour, plant & machinery 
- Oversee operations
- Negotiation and liaison with clients and key stakeholders

About You

- Proven Project Management experience on civil projects
- Tertiary qualifications
- Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid budget and forecasting knowledge
- Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and regulations
- Organization and time management skills
